Take Your Pick....

Good morning everyone, my how the time is flying, I'm almost at the end of my holidays and haven't done half of what I was planning... never mind, there's always another day lol!! Easter is almost upon us and a quarter of the year has gone... whooosh!! just like that lol!! It's time for another challenge over at 'Papertake Weekly' and this week it's..... Take your pick, there are several options which you can see on the main blog here... I've gone with a treat bag and ovals.  Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with, Easter is such a lovely time to show off your lovely makes, and have fun at the same time....

I bought these cellophane bags from a new shop that has just opened in our town, and made lovely individual tags for them, I have a few to finish off yet...  Do you like my little bunnie, this was a free stamp on a magazine, isn't he cute!!  The little egg stamp for the tag I bought years ago, and I'm ashamed to say this is it's first inking lol!! I coloured both the images with my inktense pencils... still love them!!

We are sponsored by Simon Says Stamp this week, and there is a $25 voucher to be won!!

Sorry I'm rushing this morning as I'm taking my Mum to the hearing clinic.  She doesn't see very well and you know what hearing aids are like, so tiny and she broke the box that the battery goes into, so I'm hoping they will be able to fix it for her.

Will catch up with you all soon... have a lovely day and take care!!

Super Striker

Good morning everyone:) Are we really into the first week of March already, it seems forever since I last posted, but here I am back again, and hope to be able to blog a little more often.... my hubby retired recently and we are trying to get into some kind of routine lol!! it is a bit hit and miss with my crafting at the moment so I'm just taking one day at a time...  I have managed to make a card for my grandsons 7th Birthday... just don't know where the time has gone since he was first born... he is really into football at the moment so thought this cute image from LOTV fitted the bill perfectly.

Also it's another great challenge over at Papertake Weekly The challenge this week is Anything Goes with an option of using flowers if you like... No flowers from me this week though, although I did think about adding a few daisies in the grass, then thought better of it lol!!

A peak at the inside

The image is called Super Striker and I have coloured him with my inktense pencils, I finally had a chance to use this lovely die from MFT called chicken wire. I think it makes a fabulous net with a little cheese cloth behind it. I decoupaged the football to make it stand out a little more too but you can't really see it in the photo's. I used the pieces from the chicken wire die to mount Liam's name on, they were just the right size!

LOTV are sponsoring us this week and there's a £10 voucher for the lucky winner!!

Hope you will join us this week, we would love to see all your gorgeous cards.  Do pop along to the main blog and check out what the rest of the team have done!!
