Party Frills

Good afternoon everyone, Wow.. two posts in one week lol!! I have had a bit of time to myself this week, a welcome change from last week where I didn't know if I was coming or going lol!!  I've coloured this lovely image called Party Frills, she is a Sugar Nellie stamp by the artist Krista Smith.  I got her from the Doncaster show I went to last month ...I really enjoyed colouring her as Krista draws so beautifully it was an easy stamp to colour...loved doing her hair and ribbons lol!!
I distressed all the papers and image with Tim Holtz Distress ink and stickled all the flowers and image with Stardust Stickles, it doesn't show up too well on her little tulle dress or those ever so cute socks, but it is really glittery!

My DT card this week is an oldie I made it when I first started my blog, and didn't really get a chance to show off these lovely stamps it is the couples first anniversary this month, so thought I would go down memory lane...how time flies lol!!

The image is Bridegroom and Wedding Day by Rose stamps..I had to mask them so they would fit next to each other. That's another story lol!!  I coloured them with Prisma pencils and Promarkers.  The papers were a freebie from Donna at Bearly Mine, the sentiment was computer generated and I used a Marianne Doily at the back of the image.  The gorgeous black lace and flowers were from Wild Orchid crafts

I have coloured Scarlette with my prismas and those gorgeous papers were a free gift with this months Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine.  They are by Fancy Pants Design and called Beach Babe, I have used Kraft Card for all the matting, my die cut swirl is also cut out of kraft card. I have distressed all the papers and card with Tim Holtz Distress inks, the sentiment is also a free stamp from a magazine.  The gorgeous flowers were a gift from my daughter Deborah ..Mwah!! ...I just love that daisy lol!!  She got them from Wild Orchid Crafts. I have glittered them with Star Dust Stickles, it doesn't show too well on the photo's, but they do sparkle.  I have also glittered her shoes and present and candle.  The lace is from Bunny Zoes, and the rest is from my stash.   I stamped a cupcake and coloured it in and attached it to the inside of the card too, it does look quiet yummy lol!!
