Something New

Good morning everyone, I think this year is going to fly just as quickly as the last one did lol!!. here we are almost half way through January!! I still have lots of things going on at home at the moment, but did manage to get my card ready for this weeks Papertake Weekly challenge, which is 'Something New'.. Make something to celebrate something new ie new house, new year, new baby etc or do a new technique you have never done before or use something new, I have gone with something new and they are these gorgeous papers by Simple Stories called SNAP.. A present from secret Santa (Me lol!!)

I must apologise for my lack of visits to everyone, haven't had a great deal of time this last month or so, I have my hubby home at the moment so everything is out of routine.  Have a lovely week everyone and will try and get round for a visit soon!!

    FAB-U-LOUS....Marjorie!!!!...........love the image and sentiment...pity I don't like Vodka....will have to try it with something else instead. Lovely papers too and all culminating in a super card.....just thrown together??!! I don't think so!........I know you never do a quick card! Hugs xx

    Lol, brilliant image and sentiment Marjorie made me giggle, isn't it great when we play Santa in disguise we always seem to get so many more goodies, lol, those papers and that flower and absolutely gorgeous.

    I think this Stella image is so fun and perhaps I should try her house cleaning trick! Your card has a great layout and combination of patterns and shades of blue.

    great sentiment on a lovely card! ps I wasn't keen on Sennelier - they are watercolour pencils but I prefer to use my inktense pencils.
