Good morning everyone, Time for another challenge over at
'Papertake Weekly' and being the first of the month it's Anything Goes with the option of Christmas.. it's only an option though, I promise myself every year to start early for Christmas so this is the ideal opportunity, so here is my first Christmas Card for this year. LOTV are our sponsors this week so I have used an image from one of the pre-coloured art pads
'Festive Foliage'. I love the colours in this image and have embellished it with some gorgeous deep red velvet lace from the
Ribbon Girl, I should of ordered more of this as I think it's going to become a favourite on my cards!.. After taking thousands of photo's this is the best one I could come up with, but it still doesn't show the true colours of the card, they all match so beautifully, right down to the pearls which you can't see very well... I made the poinsettia from a Spellbinders die and the foliage is a Marianne holly die, also the papers are by Marianne too.. I love this Christmas pad!
Challenge Entered
Our sponsors this week are LOTV and are offering a £10 voucher to the winner, so do join us this week, we would love to see your fabulous cards, also do pop across and see what my fabulous teamies and guest designers have made.
That's it from me for today but before I go I must just tell you this, all the challenges I entered on my last card, except for one, I forgot to link up lol!! There is still time to link some of them up so that's what I'm going to do when I get home from work later lol!! I don't know what's wrong with me at the moment lol!!
You all take care...
