Good morning everyone! Wow! can't believe it's been so long since I posted. Just busy at work and also I have been playing in my craft room lol!! I have been experimenting with my new distress markers and I love, love, love them lol!! Debs and I went to
LOTV shop a couple of Saturdays ago.. (Wow! where does the time go!) had a fabulous day and bought lots of new goodies, including some watercolour paper, which is really lovely to use. I watched the lovely
Lou demonstrating she is such a lovely lady and so helpful...she helped me with shading around the image, which I struggle with... but with the distress markers it's easy peasy lol!! I don't have a card with my new markers today as I still have to photograph etc... but I have one I made with the new art pads from LOTV that I made for a friends daughter.. now I'm just in love with these little characters 'Jack, Patch and Puss', and have now bought a few of the stamps as well!.. I made the flowers and distressed with Tim Holtz distress inks, also I inked the lovely lace at the bottom it was white and I didn't have a colour to match, think it turned out quiet nice.
What I used
Image - Art Pad Pre-Coloured LOTV
Paper - Bonnets & Bowties by Mary Fran (LOTV)
Ribbon/Lace/Pearl brads - Hobby House
Sentiment - LOTV
Banner and circle pennants dies - Whimsey Stamps
Challenges
Have a lovely day guys, it's cold here in Doncaster, but there is a promise of it brightening up ( err..right lol!!)

Hi Marjorie - sorry for being so slow to reply to you but you know how sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. You asked about the dies on my last card. The edge die is a Spellbinders and the embossing folder is a marianne cut and emboss folder. The little card stand is a Joy craft die. Thank you for taking a look and leaving such a lovely comment. Marie-Louise.
